No. You can run, walk, hop, skip, jump or crawl. Whatever works for you. Just get out and be active. If you are unable to participate physically in Run4Blue you can still donate to Police Legacy.
No. Run4Blue is open to anyone and everyone who wants to support Police Legacy even fur babies.
The number of kilometres you choose to do is entirely up to you. The only person who will hold you accountable is you. We do not require evidence of completed kilometres. We do however love seeing the posts of your Run4Blue race on our Facebook Groups (accessible once you register).
When you register for the event there is an option on the registration form to have a medal posted to you and that cost is covered in your registration fee.
If you do not wish to receive a medal then just opt out when you are completing your registration form. The cost of the medal and postage will be donated directly to your chosen Police Legacy.
If you have chosen not to get a medal but change your mind after submitting your registration form just contact us by email or phone before 25 May so we can change our order.
Run4Blue t-shirts are available for pre-order through our online store before and during the event. By pre-order we mean the store is opened for a set period of time, people order what they want then we send the order off to our supplier. This is done because the event is run by volunteers on passion, love and dedication (not cash flow). So please be patient as we order, sort and post your t-shirts after the event. They will arrive, promise!
No. You can use whatever app you want. We do have a Run4Blue Club on Strava which you can join. But you track you however you want.
